Accounting sees every receipt submitted for the month, corrects what needs correcting, marks it processed and exports. Totals per category, per employee and the amount to reimburse are already calculated.
Categories with account codes
Your own receipt categories, each with the account it posts to. An expense that splits across two accounts, for example half tax-deductible and half not, is split for you in the journal.
Accounting journal export
An Excel export with a By category sheet and a Journal sheet. Receipts paid with the employee's own money post to amounts owed to the employee, company card and invoiced purchases post to the supplier, with a cost center per employee.
Receipts in the document archive
Expense claims are part of the e-Archive: the photo stays with every receipt, searchable by merchant and purpose, plus a PDF report and a ZIP with every photo for the month.
