In the first part of this series, we shared how Kloki’s dashboard evolved, not through guesses or assumptions, but by listening to the people who use it every day.

Now, it’s time to talk about something new. Something that might not sound glamorous, but makes a real difference. A change that helps Kloki feel more elegant and effortless to use.

Small Feature, Big Impact

Let’s be honest, logging in isn’t something most people think about.

And that’s exactly the point.

It shouldn’t be something you have to think about. It should just work automatically, quickly, and with as little friction as possible. In reality, we all do the same thing: we look for that one button that lets us sign in with the account we already use for everything else. It’s fast. It’s familiar. It gets us where we want to go.

That’s why we’ve added something simple, but essential:

Log in with your existing work account - Google or Microsoft.

Whether you use a large enterprise suite or a standard cloud-based identity, you can now sign into Kloki without creating a new password or going through another email verification loop.

It’s a small feature on the surface.

But in the context of everyday use — it changes a lot.
